Soft Molasses Cookies |
I had really good luck with my rolled sugar cookies from coconut flour and figured I would tweak that a bit to make the cookies I've been missing.
They came out yummy :)
Here's the recipe I used.

Place dry ingredients in a separate bowl and whisk to mix evenly.

Is the pyure stevia straight stevia or a combo of stevia and erythritol. I don't have pyure but I do have truvia and powdered stevia extract. Which should I use?
ReplyDeleteIt's a blend like the sweet blend or truvia, so you can use truvia instead:)
ReplyDeleteThanks :-) :-)
